Massacre in Al-Mawasi raises the death toll of unidentified genocide victim

Gaza (Quds News Network)- The Ministry of Health has announced that the Israeli military has committed three massacres in the past 24 hours, resulting in 32 confirmed deaths and over 100 injuries.

In a press statement, the Ministry confirmed that Israeli forces carried out these attacks across Gaza, including a devastating strike on displaced families in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis early this morning.

Rescue efforts are ongoing, as many victims remain buried under rubble and sand. Emergency and civil defense teams are struggling to reach the injured and recover bodies, as Israeli airstrikes have made access to some areas nearly impossible.

Since October 7, the total death toll from Israeli strikes has reached 41,020, with 94,925 people injured, the Ministry added.

The Government Media Office also issued a statement, condemning the attack on displaced civilians in Khan Younis, which resulted in more than 40 deaths, 60 injuries, and many missing. Rescue teams continue to work on recovering bodies and assisting the injured amid an overwhelmed healthcare system, as hospitals and medical facilities have been rendered non-operational due to ongoing bombings.

The massacre in Al-Mawasi marks the 340th day of the genocidal war against the people of Gaza. The Israeli military has been accused of spreading false narratives to justify these attacks, including misleading reports aimed at deflecting blame for the high civilian casualties.

The Government Media Office urged international media outlets to approach such Israeli claims with caution, emphasizing the scale of the massacre, which has claimed the lives of over 40 displaced civilians and left scores injured or missing.
