Maher Al Akhras completes 101 days of hunger strike amid fears over his life

Occupied West Bank (QNN)- The administrative detainee Maher Al Akhras completed 101 days of hunger strike amid fears over his life.

The media adviser of the Committee of Prisoners’ Affairs, Hasan Abed Rabbo, said today that we may lose Al Akhras any time.

He added that Al Akhras is in a very dangerous and hard condition and that he could be prone to abrupt reversals at any time, which puts his life in serious danger, noting that the Israelis continue to ignore his case and illegally arrest him without charges or trials.

Abed Rabbo noted that Al Akhras suffers from cramps, severe dehydration, and sensory impairment.

Al Akhras started his hunger strike in protest against his administrative detention but the Israelis continue to illegally jail him.
