Maariv: Israel used advanced JDAM bombs to kill civilians in Al-Mawasi

Gaza (Quds News Network)- The Israeli army used American advanced JDAM bombs to bombard Al Mawasi ‘safe area’ west of Khan Yunis today, which was sheltering over 80,000 displaced civilians, according to Israeli Maariv.

The Israeli newspaper cited Rotem Mi-Tal , CEO of Asgard Systems, as stating that American advanced JDAM bombs were used in the attack, which resulted in the murder of 80 civilians and the injury of hundreds others. Advanced JDAM bombs were a point of contention between the United States and Israel.

JDAM bombs are provided with Joint Direct Attack Munition, a guidance tail kit that converts existing unguided free-fall bombs into accurate, adverse weather “smart” munitions. Which means that 80 displaced civilians were killed deliberately.

Mi-Tal said the bombs “are very accurate, at the level of a few meters and resistant to communication interference.”
