“No Future in Palestine”: Israelis Erect Billboards Calling Native Palestinians to Leave
Occupied West Bank (Quds News Network)- Israeli settlers have launched a campaign across the occupied West Bank calling for the expulsion of native Palestinians. Billboards bearing the message “No Future in Palestine” have appeared on major highways.
The billboards feature images of displaced Palestinians from Gaza, with a clear implication, hinting that after Gaza, Israel is going to ethnically cleanse the West Bank.
The campaign, organized by the settlement group “Fighting for Life,” aims to discourage native Palestinians from pursuing a future in their homeland. A statement from the group declared, “For years, false promises of a Palestinian state have fueled their hopes and incited violence. It’s time to tell them the truth.”
The group claims their goal is to promote what it described as ’emigration’ among Palestinians. They argue that the ongoing Gaza genocide has accelerated a trend of Palestinians considering leaving Palestine. “Many now realize there will never be a Palestinian state,” the group claimed.
The settlers’ group further justified its call for ethnic cleansing, saying, “This is not just a physical battle but a spiritual one for the destiny of the Jewish people. What applies to Gaza also applies to the West Bank: conquest, expulsion, and settlement.”
The United Nations documented over 800 attacks by Israeli settlers against Palestinians between October 2023 and May 2024. Since October 7, 2023, Israel has kidnapped more than 7,210 Palestinians. On December 15, Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) reported that 2023 was the deadliest year for Palestinians in the West Bank in recorded history.
