Israeli wide-scale arrest campaign in Jerusalem, West bank

Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Last night, Israeli forces carried out a wide-scale arrest campaign in the West Bank and Jerusalem, arresting 18 native Palestinians.

Members of the Shin Bet and police broke into Palestinians’ houses in the old city and Silwan in occupied Jerusalem and vandalizing properties.

Local sources said Israeli forces summoned several Palestinian young men for interrogation and arrested others, including Ahmad Abu Ghazaleh, Muhammad Joulani, Adham Za’tari, Abdullah Joulani, Raed Zgheir, Ali Jaber, and Muhammad Daqqaq.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army broke into the house of Noor Manasrah in Izariyyeh and arrested him.

Israeli forces broke into Shu’fat refugee camp and arrested a young man as well.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Association said that Israeli forces arrested 18 Palestinians in the West Bank and Jerusalem last night, most of them are from the capital city.

Other young men and teenagers were arrested in Kobar, Ramallah, Arroub refugee camp, and Ya’bad in Jenin.

Israeli forces also arrested Mousa Khalifah after breaking into his house in Bethlehem to force his son, Qutaiba, turn himself in.
