Gaza (Quds News Network)- Israeli warplanes bombed the rooftop of Shuhada’ Al-Aqsa Hospital on Wednesday. The strike hit the main hospital building in central Gaza, causing physical damage.
This is the 11th time Israel has attacked the hospital since the genocide began. The repeated strikes show a clear pattern of targeting Gaza’s health system. Local authorities call it a deliberate and systematic war crime.
According to the Government Media Office in Gaza, three drone strikes hit the hospital roof during the latest attack.
Previous strikes on Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital were recorded on:

The Government Media Office strongly condemned the bombing. “This is a brutal and deliberate attack on our health sector,” the statement read. “Targeting hospitals is a war crime. It cannot be ignored.”
The office blamed both Israel and the US administration for the ongoing destruction. It also criticized other Western governments for their silence or complicity.
Authorities in Gaza renewed calls for urgent international action. They urged the United Nations and global human rights groups to step in and stop the attacks.
“The health sector in Gaza is collapsing,” the statement added. “We need immediate protection for hospitals and medical teams.”
This latest bombing comes amid Israel’s ongoing war on hospitals. Since the start of the genocide, Israeli forces have systematically targeted Gaza’s healthcare and emergency infrastructure. A total of 164 health institutions have been bombed, destroyed, or forced out of service. This includes 38 hospitals and 82 medical centers. Israeli strikes also hit 144 ambulances and 54 civil defense vehicles, including fire and rescue trucks. These attacks have severely crippled Gaza’s ability to respond to the growing humanitarian crisis and reflect a deliberate policy to dismantle the territory’s health and emergency systems.
