Israeli troops demolish two homes in Qalqilia

Qalqilia (Quds News Network) – In a pre-dawn raid today, Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by three military bulldozers, stormed the city of Qalqilya in the northern West Bank from multiple directions, demolishing two homes and injuring a young man with gunfire.
Local and media sources reported that the incursion focused on the northern part of the city, where a 120-square-meter house, belonging to Saleh Abu Saleh, an ex-prisoner in Israeli jails, was surrounded by troops. The family was asked to evacuate before Israeli bulldozers began the demolition of the house.

Later, Israeli forces besieged the home of another ex-prisoner, Basam Yasin, the city and proceeded to demolish it. The house measured 120 square meters.
Following the city’s raid, confrontations erupted with the Israeli forces in the same area. A young man was wounded in the thigh by live bullet fragments during the confrontations. He was subsequently transported to Qalqilya Hospital for treatment, with his injuries described as moderate.
The same sources added that the Israeli forces also raided the residence of Sa’eed Yasin, a local resident, causing extensive damage to the property.
