Israeli special force detected, neutralized inside aid truck in Gaza
Gaza (Quds News Network)- An Israeli special force was detected hiding inside an aid truck in Gaza. Resistance fighters neutralized the entire group, according to a statement by Al-Qassam Brigades.
The resistance movement said that “Al-Qassam fighters spotted a special Israeli force that had infiltrated disguised inside an aid truck.”
“When the force reached the Mashroa’ intersection east of Rafah and entered one of the houses, our fighters directly engaged them at point-blank range with light weapons and anti-personnel grenades, killing and injuring all its members”, it added.
The Israeli army previously infiltrated Gaza hidden inside an aid truck during the Israeli-American attack on the Nuseirat refugee camp, which resulted in the deaths of more than 274 civilians.
According to international law, using a trusted source for people trapped in the conflict is a violation of international humanitarian and customary law, which prohibits the crime of perfidy. Also, the hiding of military forces inside an aid truck is considered a war crime against civilians.
According to the Red Crescent, such actions destroy the trust of the civilians population in those who are delivering aid, which puts humanitarian aid workers and health care workers at risk.
