Israeli settlers vandalize Palestinian-owned cars, write hate graffiti near Jerusalem

Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Extremist Israeli settlers vandalized on Wednesday morning four Palestinian-owned vehicles and wrote hate graffiti on walls calling for expelling Palestinians from their lands in the town of Beit Iksa, northwest of occupied Jerusalem.
Local sources reported that a group of Israeli fanatics from nearby illegal settlements sneaked at dawn on Wednesday into the Beit Iksa town, slashed the tires of four vehicles, and spray-painted hate slogans on the walls calling for expelling Palestinian residents from their town.

Sources added that this is not the first time Israeli settlers attack the town and write hate slogans on its walls as the town is locked by a permanent Israeli military checkpoint that controls the movement of Palestinians in and out of the town where 2500 people live and surrounded by settlements from all sides.
There has been recently a sharp spike in settler violence against Palestinians and their properties in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The violent acts include beating, throwing stones, issuing threats, torching fields, destroying trees and crops, stealing crops, using live fire, and damaging homes and cars.
There are nearly 700,000 Israeli settlers living in 256 illegal settlements and outposts scattered across the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem. Israeli settlements are illegal under international law.
