Israeli settlers attack Palestinian farmers in Burqa

Ramallah (QNN)- Groups of Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian farmers in the village of Burqa in eastern Ramallah today, local sources said.

The sources explained that settlers attacked Palestinian farmers while they were harvesting olives in their lands.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces prevented locals from reaching their lands in the village.

Palestinian farmers have been targeted recently in similar attacks by zionist settlers and soldiers.

Israeli settlers and soldiers attack native Palestinians in daily attacks, causing injuries and damaging properties. The attacks have increased during the olive harvesting season although of calls by human rights organizations to protect Palestinian farmers.
