Israeli settlers and forces storm Al-Aqsa Mosque, attack worshipers

Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Israeli occupation forces and settlers today morning broke into the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied Jerusalem, attacked worshipers, arrested and detained dozens in its courtyards and gates.

Under the occupation forces protection, dozens of Israeli settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning break-in session.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces are attacking the Palestinian worshipers in the courtyards of the mosque with sound grenades, rubber bullets and pepper gas and beating them.

The occupation forces also stationed at the gates of the mosque, detained dozens of Palestinian young men and boys, after assaulting them.

The forces are also assaulting and beating the employees of the Islamic Endowment Department and worshipers in the mosque.

A group of Israeli extremists have reportedly called for the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday, in an apparent renewed call for violence against Palestinians, following Israel’s deadly aggression on the Gaza Strip.

“On Sunday morning at 7:00, we will know if we have lost the war,” said Assaf Farid, spokesman for the Federation of Temple Organizations.
