Israeli restrictions against thousands of worshipers heading to Al Aqsa mosque

Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Thousands of Palestinians started flocking on Friday from different cities and villages of the occupied West Bank and occupied land towards the Al Aqsa mosque to perform the last Friday prayer in Ramadan and perform prayers at Lailat Al Qadr (the Night of Power).

Local sources said that worshipers have started reaching the holy mosque since the dawn of Friday. Meanwhile, thousands of worshipers in the West Bank make ready to head to the holy mosque.

Israeli forces, meanwhile, installed new checkpoints and took vigorous action against worshipers, especially those heading from the occupied West Bank to the holy mosque.

Inn the same context, Israeli soldiers opened fire at two Palestinians in Bethlehem, who were trying to reach the Al Aqsa mosque, killing a 16-year-old child and injuring a 21-year-old young man.
