Israeli Police Investigate Flare Grenades Incident at Netanyahu’s Residence in Occupied Caesarea
Occupied Palestine (Quds News Network)– Israeli authorities have launched an investigation after two flare grenades were thrown towards Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu‘s residence in the occupied city of Caesarea late last night.
According to a joint statement from the Israeli police and Shin Bet, the incident is being treated as a serious escalation. The flares reportedly landed in the backyard of Netanyahu’s private home, prompting immediate security concerns.

The statement confirmed that neither Prime Minister Netanyahu nor his family members were present at the residence during the incident.
Security forces are now actively investigating the incident to identify the perpetrators. Authorities have emphasized the gravity of the situation, with Israeli officials warning that such actions represent a dangerous escalation that could have severe consequences.
Far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir expressed alarm over the incident, stating, “Today, a flare grenade was thrown at the prime minister’s house; tomorrow, it could be live bullets.” He condemned the incident as another “red line” being crossed, calling for decisive action against those responsible.
Israeli news outlet Walla described the incident as another “security failure.” The breach raises questions about the effectiveness of the security apparatus surrounding Netanyahu’s residence, especially given the high level of protection typically provided and the rising tension inside the occupation state as Netanyahu continues to block any prisoner exchange deal.
According to Israeli media, Netanyahu’s Office requested NIS 2 million ($530,000) from the state treasury to undertake security upgrades at Benjamin Netanyahu’s private Caesarea home.
