Israeli forces detain several Palestinians during multiple raids across occupied West Bank
Occupied Palestine (QNN) – A Palestinian youth suffered live bullet injuries and several others were detained after the Israeli occupation forces broke into multiple districts in the occupied West Bank on Sunday.
Local sources reported that severe confrontations broke out between Palestinian youths and the Israeli forces in the town of Jaba, southwest of the city of Jenin.
The sources added that a Palestinian young man was injured by a bullet to his waist during the confrontations in the town of Jaba.
The Israeli occupation forces detained youths Tariq Jarrar and Saed al-Issa after raiding on their houses and ransacking them in the town of Sanur, southwest of the city of Jenin, the sources indicated.
In addition, the Israeli occupation forces raided on several Palestinian houses in Sanur and Mirka towns, including Aboud Abu Amer, Sameer Tawfiq, and Fathi Jarra.
In Ramallah, the Israeli forces broke into the city’s refugee camp of al-Jalazoun, detained three citizens, and injured five others with live bullets during confrontations that erupted following the raid on the camp.
Israeli occupation forces routinely carry out arrest raids in the West Bank. Around 40 percent of Palestinian men living in the occupied territories have been detained by Israel at some point in their lives.
