Israeli forces demolish 11 residential structures in occupied West Bank

Occupied West Bank (QNN)- Israeli occupation forces earlier on Wednesday demolished 11 residential structures in the Bedouin community of al-Qabbun, northeast Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources said that a group of Israeli forces escorted lift lorries to the community, demolished 11 residential structures, and seized their contents, including tractors, water tankers and solar power units.
In many Palestinian communities located in Area C of the West Bank under full Israeli military control, Israeli-designated “firing zones” or “closed military zones” are forbidden for Palestinians to live on without permission from the Israeli occupation authorities, which is rarely granted.
Home demolitions, confiscation of the most basic infrastructure and military training exercises are part of everyday reality in the area, forcing many to live in natural caves, in a bid to make way for the building of illegal settlements.
There are nearly 700,000 Israeli settlers living in 256 illegal settlements and outposts scattered across the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem. Israeli settlements are illegal under international law.
