Israeli Forces Admit Killing Two Settlers on October 7

Occupied Palestine (Quds News Network)- The Israeli military has reportedly acknowledged that its forces killed two settlers, a mother and her son, in Kibbutz Nahal Oz on October 7.

The Israeli Army Radio reported on Friday that an Israeli military investigation has determined that Tomer and Dikla Arava whose home in Kibbutz Nahal Oz, were “most likely killed by fire from our forces.”

The investigation claimed that the two were taken by Hamas members and about an hour and a half later, Tomer managed to escape and hide in the kibbutz. A few minutes later, an Israeli force identified him as a “suspicious figure” and shot him dead.

According to the Israeli investigation, Dikla was hit and killed as a result of Israeli gunfire on a Hamas vehicle which was first headed towards Gaza, and later abandoned.

The probe, which includes testimonies from soldiers and civilians, was carried out by Colonel Yaron Sitbon, who is responsible for a larger and ongoing investigation into the entire battle at Nahal Oz.
