Israeli cops storm Al Aqsa mosque with shoes on and take photos
Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Israeli cops stormed the Mercy prayer room at Al Aqsa mosque last night in order to take photos of themselves breaking into the holy mosque.
Local sources said Israeli cops broke into the Mercy prayer room with their shoes on and wandered around before they took photos.
The raid comes concurrently with settlers’ raids in order to perform rituals at the Qattanin gat, one of the holy mosque’s western gates.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces on Sunday raided the Issawiyyeh neighborhood and intensively tear-gassed the locals and buildings, causing confrontations in which an Israeli officer was hit with a bottle.
Israeli authorities have been closing the old city for Palestinians and only allowing its residents and Israelis to enter it.
