Israeli authorities demolish house in Jerusalem displacing family of six
"I will never make my children remember that I demolished our house", Rajabi said explaining the reason why he preferred paying the heavy fine instead of demolishing his house himself.

Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- ‘Israel’ demolished the house of Rajabi family in Silwan, Jerusalem this morning, displacing a family of six.
The Israeli police, accompanied by crews from the Israeli municipality of occupied Jerusalem, broke into the house of Muhammad Rajabi and demolished it, displacing Muhammad and his wife and four children.
The Israelis demolished the house manually as bulldozers couldn’t reach the area. Israeli cops surrounded the area and prevented locals and journalists from reaching it.
“They didn’t even find peace in their news house”, Muhammad’s brother, Ibrahim, told QNN. “While he was building the 60 square meter house, the Israelis issued the first notification. Then as soon as he settled in it with his family, they received the second demolition order.”
Rajabi had tried to prevent the demolition through Israeli courts but of no avail.
Rajabi has four children, the oldest of them is 8 years old while the youngest in only several months. “They cried a lot when they knew that they will leave the new house and live in one small room in their grandparents’ house”.
Muhammad was ordered before to demolish his house himself but he rejected to do that. “I will never make my children remember that I demolished our house”, he said explaining the reason why he preferred paying the heavy fine instead of demolishing his house himself.
