Israeli artillery attacks Red Crescent building in Khan Yunis, injuries reported

Khan Yunis (Quds News Network) – Multiple displaced people were injured today in an Israeli artillery bombardment that targeted the headquarters of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS ) in the city of Khan Yunis, southern Gaza, which sheltered thousands of displaced people.
A PRCS spokesman said that the Israeli bombing targeted the upper floors of the building, as many of the wounded were sheltering there despite scarcity of medical supplies and a running out of fuel, while the occupation forces arrested medical personnel and took them to unknown destinations.
The PRCS spokesman pointed out that the health situation is getting worse as the Israeli raids continue and the occupation forces prevent ambulance crews from entering the hit areas.
He pointed out that there is no longer any safe area in the Gaza Strip, in light of the targeting of people in these areas.
Meantime, two civilians, including a woman, were killed and several others were injured as a result of an Israeli bombardment targeting Bureij and al-Maghazi refugee camps in the central Gaza Strip, while Israeli tanks continued violent artillery shelling of the central region of the Gaza Strip.
