Israeli army finds drone suspected to be from Gaza

Occupied Palestine (QNN)- The Israeli army on Monday announced that it found a drone that infiltrated the Israeli airspace from the Gaza strip.
Israeli media reported that Israeli warplanes have been called in after a drone was suspected to infiltrate the airspace of the occupied territories from Gaza.
In a statement issued on Monday, the Israeli army said it found the drone during search operations.
“During additional searches of the ground in the area, a drone was located a short time ago. It is being checked if this is the drone that is suspected of having crossed into Israeli territory,” the Israeli occupation army said, adding that it did not appear to have an explosive payload.
The Palestinian resistance has developed locally manufactured drones that were sent to the airspace of the occupied land on several occasions.
Hamas said it has developed two types of drones – one for intelligence gathering, and one for delivering munitions.
Last July, Al Qassam brigades revealed that it had succeeded to send a locally manufactured reconnaissance drone in a flight over the building of the Israeli ministry of war before it returned to Gaza safely.
