Israeli airstrikes on Gaza claim 17 lives, injure dozens

Gaza (Quds News Network) – In a devastating series of airstrikes late last night, Israeli occupation forces targeted residential areas in Deir al-Balah and Jabalia in the Gaza Strip, killing at least 17 civilians and injuring many others. The strikes marked a tragic addition to the already heavy toll of casualties.
Medical sources reported that two houses in Deir al-Balah, located in the central Gaza Strip, were struck by Israeli warplanes. These attacks led to the death of 15 individuals and inflicted numerous injuries, prompting an urgent response from ambulance and civil defense teams who are tirelessly searching through the wreckage for survivors.

In a separate but equally harrowing event, Israeli fighter jets targeted a house in Jabalia camp, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. The strike resulted in two fatalities. Remarkably, the house was providing shelter to 70 people displaced by the relentless Israeli aggression, underscoring the dire humanitarian situation faced by civilians in the area.
Today marks the 148th day of the full-fledged Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, a prolonged conflict that has seen the death toll rise to over 30,228, with more than 71,377 reported injuries.
