Israeli airstrikes claim lives of at least 16 civilians in Rafah

Gaza (Quds News Network) – Local and medical reports confirmed this evening the murder of at least 16 Palestinian civilians, with dozens more injured, following Israeli airstrikes that targeted a residential building in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah.
Israeli fighter jets launched airstrikes on a residence in the Shaboura refugee camp south of the city, resulting in a significant number of casualties, including both fatalities and injuries.
Additionally, another Israeli aerial assault led to the destruction of the Al-Taqwa Mosque, situated east of the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in northern Gaza City.
In a preliminary estimate, the continuous Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has led to a tragic toll of over 21,500 lives lost and approximately 54,000 wounded, with more than 70% of the victims being women and children. Furthermore, nearly 7,000 individuals remain unaccounted for beneath the debris.
