Israeli airstrike claims lives of three Lebanese in Bint Jbeil

Beirut (Quds News Network) – Three Lebanese civilians, including a woman, were killed last night in an Israeli airstrike that targeted the town of Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon, media sources reported.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the airstrike on Bint Jbeil, the first of its kind since the July 2006 Israeli aggression on Lebanon, resulted in the tragic deaths of Ibrahim Bazzi, his wife Shorouq, and his brother Ali.
In addition to the assault on Bint Jbeil, Israeli artillery targeted several other towns in southern Lebanon, including Khiam, Aita al-Shaab, Yaroun, and Kafr Kila.

The occupying Israeli regime and the Lebanon-based Hezbollah resistance organization have been trading fire since the war in Gaza erupted on October 7 in their most intense encounter since the 2006 Israeli war on Lebanon.
Hezbollah says its attacks on northern Israeli-occupied Palestine aim to support the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, where nearly 20,800 innocent civilians – most of them women and children – have been killed by Israel in more than 80 days.
