‘Israel’ to increase electricity cuts to West bank and Jerusalem
Ramallah (QNN)- Israel Hayom said that the occupation state will increase electricity cuts to occupied Jerusalem and West Bank for more three hours starting from this day due to the PA’s debt.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Jerusalem electricity company said that the Israeli authorities continue to impose punitive measures on the Palestinian people.
The company said the Israelis will disconnect power lines in the West Bank and Jerusalem for three hours. It also pointed out that the Israeli measure will have serious consequences on the health, education, and economic sectors.
The occupation state has been controlling many aspects of Palestinians’ lives, including power supply. It controls 90% of Palestinians’ power sources and has carried out several electricity cuts before to make pressure on the Palestinians or even as a punitive measure.
