‘Israel’ takes revenge: Mass arrests and kidnapping attempt in occupied Jerusalem

Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Israeli forces on Monday arrested eight Jerusalemites, six of them were assaulted near Hittah gate. Meanwhile, locals succeeded in preventing a child kidnapping attempt by settlers.

In the same vein, Israeli forces attacked locals near Hittah gate shortly before Iftar. Israeli forces closed the gate, preventing hundreds of worshipers from having their Iftar at Al Aqsa mosque.

The Israeli police also arrested a girl in southern Jerusalem, claiming that she tore down the Israeli flag.

Also, an Israeli settler tried to kidnap a 12-year-old Jerusalemite child but locals rescued the child.

The Israeli violations come within a series of actions, which have been taken by the occupation state following the victory of the native people of the holy city yesterday. Native Jerusalemites celebrated their victory yesterday after forcing the occupation state to remove metal barriers, which have been placed at Bab Al Amoud since the first day of the holy month of Ramadan to prevent worshipers from visiting the holy mosque.
