Israel prevents families of Palestinian prisoners in Negev jail from visiting them

Jerusalem (QNN) – Israeli authorities prevented today families of Palestinian prisoners incarcerated in the Naqab desert prison, in the south of occupied Palestine, from visiting them.

Nabil Abu Obaid, father of one of the prisoners, told journalists that Israeli forces stationed at al-Jalama military checkpoint to the northeast of Jenin, in the northern West Bank, prevented more than 10 families from crossing the checkpoint to reach their detained sons.

Last night, Israeli prison guards attacked Palestinian prisoners in the southern Israeli prison of Naqab, injuring over 25 Palestinian prisoners, two of them critically.
