Israel Orders New Military Plan to Block Aid After Entry of Limited Convoys into Gaza

Occupied Palestine (Quds News Network)- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz announced a new military directive on Wednesday. In a joint statement, they said they ordered the army to prepare a new plan within 48 hours to “prevent Hamas from controlling humanitarian aid in Gaza.”

The announcement followed reports that tribal leaders have recently succeeded in securing a small number of trucks. These teams repelled looters backed by the Israeli army. The aid will be distributed through the World Food Programme (WFP).

Israel continues to fuel chaos in Gaza. By allowing hunger, protecting armed gangs, and encouraging aid theft, Israel creates desperation. That desperation pushes starving Palestinians toward so-called “American-Israeli aid centers”, which have turned into deadly traps.

For over a month now, those centers have become sites of daily massacres.

From May 27 to June 25, Israeli forces killed 549 starved Palestinians and injured 4,066, including women and children, as they tried to access food. Thirty-nine people remain missing, many believed to be buried under rubble or kidnapped during the chaos.

These numbers come from the Gaza Government Media Office, which released detailed daily reports over the past 30 days. Victims were unarmed civilians, many parents trying to feed their families.

Israeli forces opened fire at crowds near the aid sites. Many were shot in the back while fleeing. Footage and eyewitness testimonies confirm that snipers, drones, tanks, and cranes targeted starved people from a distance.

Rights groups have warned that the so-called “aid centers” are being used as weapons of war.

In March, Israel completely sealed off Gaza, blocking food, water, and medicine. This policy plunged the entire population into a state of famine.

International observers and UN agencies have repeatedly urged Israel to lift the siege. But instead of opening safe aid routes, the Israeli government doubled down on its military presence around aid convoys.
