Israel Massacres Civilians in Strike on UNRWA Clinic in Jabalia

Gaza (Quds News Network)- Israeli forces bombed a United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) clinic in Jabalia, killing at least 19 people, including nine children. The victims had been seeking medical care when an Israeli missile struck, tearing their bodies apart and setting them on fire.

Eyewitnesses described horrific scenes of mutilated bodies and burned remains. One child was found decapitated. Rescuers continue searching for missing victims under the rubble.

The Ministry of Health confirmed the initial toll of 19 dead, including nine children. The numbers may rise as emergency crews work through the destruction.

Since dawn, Israeli attacks across Gaza have killed at least 47 people. Medical teams report severe injuries and urgent needs for supplies.

The UNRWA clinic in Jabalia had been sheltering displaced families when the missile hit. The Ministry of Health labeled the attack a war crime and urged international intervention.

Rescue teams are still recovering bodies from the debris. The full extent of the massacre is yet to be determined.
