‘Israel’ levels more West Bank land to expand illegal settlements

Occupied Nablus (QNN)- Israeli bulldozers and vehicles leveled on Tuesday parts of southern Nablus in preparation for the expansion of the illegal settlements of Shilo and Shevot Rahil.
Ghassan Daghlas, the PA official in charge of the Israeli settlement file, told QNN that Israeli bulldozers leveled lands of the villages of Jaloud and Qaryout in order to build further settlement units and connect the illegal settlements of Shilo, Amihai, and Shevot Rahil with each other.
Daghlas added that the owners of the lands filed a suit before an Israeli court against the Israeli decision to confiscate their lands, but the Israeli authorities leveled the lands even before the court delivers its ruling.
The occupation state has built over 143 illegal settlements throughout the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem and it continues to expand them through demolition and confiscation operations.
