Israel Killing 90 Civilians Daily Since Start of Gaza Genocide

Gaza (Quds News Network)- Israel’s bombardment of Gaza has killed 56 Palestinians and wounded 108 others in the past 24 hours, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry, as the relentless assault on the besieged enclave continues—with an average of 90 civilians killed per day since the start of the genocide.
“There are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the streets, and ambulance and Civil Defence crews cannot reach them,” it said on Saturday.
Since resuming the assault, Israeli attacks have killed 2,111 people and left 5,483 injured. The overall death toll from Israel’s war on Gaza has now surged to 51,495 with 117,524 wounded since 7 October 2023, the Ministry added.
The death toll is expected to rise as many remain trapped under the rubble. The majority of the victims are women and children.
Gaza’s Government Media Office also issued on Saturday statistics on the Israeli genocide against civilians in Gaza:
- The Israeli occupation has killed an average of 90 people per day since the start of the genocide who were brought to hospitals.
- About 32 children have been killed daily by the Israeli occupation.
- The occupation has also killed an average of 22 women per day.
- An average of 20 Palestinians have gone missing daily, forcibly disappeared by the Israeli occupation.
- Around 207 Palestinians have been injured each day.
- The Israeli occupation has wiped out an average of 4 entire Palestinian families daily—killing both parents and all their children.
- Additionally, 9 families per day have been nearly entirely exterminated, leaving only a single surviving member in each case.
On March 18, Israel renewed its assault on the Gaza Strip and launched a new ground invasion across the enclave, marking the collapse of a ceasefire and prisoner exchange deal that had been in place since January 19, 2025. The first phase ended on March 1, 2025, but Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refused to proceed with the second phase.
Netanyahu, wanted by the International Criminal Court, sought to free more Israeli prisoners without fulfilling Israel’s commitments, including ending the war and withdrawing from Gaza. Hamas insisted on implementing the full agreement.
