‘Israel’ killed 5, injured 600, arrested 600, and demolished dozens of houses
Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Abdallah Hourani Center for Studies and Documentation said that Israeli forces killed five Palestinians, wounded 600, arrested 600, and demolished 57 structures in occupied West Bank and Jerusalem last September.
The center stated that the martyrs included two children and one man from Gaza, who were taking part in the Great Return March protests. Nayfeh Ka’abneh (50 years old) was executed at Qalandiya military checkpoint and prisoner Bassam sayeh (46 years old) was killed in Israeli jails due to medical negligence.
Israeli authorities continue to hold the bodies of 49 martyrs in violation to international laws. They have also arrested 600 Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem, West bank, and Gaza. 584 Palestinians were arrested in occupied Jerusalem and West Bank, while 16 others were arrested in Gaza.
The center also documented nearly 600 injuries among Palestinians; 439 in Gaza and 160 in occupied Jerusalem and West Bank. Israeli authorities also demolished 57 structures, grabbed 1500 Donums of Palestinian lands, and bulldozed 70 Dunums of agricultural lands, uprooting nearly 400 olive trees to expand illegal settlements.
