‘Israel’ issues 90 administrative detention orders in November
Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Israeli authorities issued last November 90 administrative detention orders, revealed the Committee of Prisoners and Former Prisoners.
A new statement by the committee said that the Israelis issued 90 administrative detention orders, some of them were renewals of old ones.
The statement also said that the periods of the orders are between 2-6 months, which could be renewed several times “at the whim of the Israeli military court.”
In administrative detention, the occupation state detains Palestinians without charges or trials based on “classified documents” that even lawyers cannot view.
The occupation state of Israel detains approximately 5700 Palestinians, 500 of them are detained under administrative detention.
