‘Israel’ demolished 129 buildings in November

Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Israeli authorities demolished 129 buildings in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in November under the pretext of being but without permits, according to the UN’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).

The OCHA said that the Israeli demolition of Palestinian-owned houses displaced 100 Palestinians and harmed at least 200 others.

A report by the UN body explained that the biggest demolition operation took part on November 3rd in Humsat Al Baqi’a, where Israeli authorities demolished 83 buildings, leaving 73, including 41 children, homeless.

Israeli bulldozers also demolished 30 buildings in 12 communities in the area “C”, which makes 60% of the West bank.

16 other demolitions took part in East Jerusalem, where Israeli authorities resumed the demolitions after a three-week-long suspension due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
