‘Israel’ claims to arrest executor of Gush Etzion operation

Ramallah (QNN)- Israeli Shabak claimed Saturday that they arrested the executors of Gush Etzion operation, in which an Israeli soldier was killed near Bethlehem on last Thursday.

Shabak claimed that the executors are identified as Naseer Asafreh (24 years old) and Qasem Asafreh (30 years old).

Israeli authorities said that one of the 2 young men belongs to Hamas resistance movement. No further details are provided.

The Shabak stated that the young men were arrested without using weapons and transferred for interrogation.

Israeli occupation army said Thursday that the body of a killed Israeli soldier was found near Gush Etzion illegal settlement in southern Bethlehem.

Despite of Israeli claims that the Israeli army arrested two young men, local sources said earlier on Saturday that four Palestinians from the same family were arrested today in Hebron, including a husband and wife.
