Israel bars guard of Al Aqsa mosque from entry
Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- The Israeli police on Friday arrested a guard of Al Aqsa mosque and sent him for interrogation.
Israeli police arrested Raja’i Tarahi from the area near the Mercy Gate and took him for interrogation at the Qashlah interrogation center in West Jerusalem.
Following the interrogation, the Israeli police released Tarahi and prevented him from entry into Al Aqsa mosque for the next two weeks.
Israeli authorities had barred hundreds of worshipers and guards from entry into the holy mosque this year, aiming to empty the mosque and allow more raids by extremist settlers.
