Iranian newspaper published map of Israeli targets
Tehran (QNN)- Tehran Times newspaper published yesterday a map, showing Israeli targets that Iran can reach in any future military confrontations. The newspaper said Iran is waiting for “just one wrong move” by ‘Israel’.
The map, published in English-language daily Tehran Times, accompanied an article headlined “Just one wrong move!”.
“An intensification of the Israeli military threats against Iran seems to suggest that the Zionist regime has forgotten that Iran is more than capable of hitting them from anywhere,” warned the story.
Targets all over the occupation state were marked with red pins. Locations of Israeli targets in the occupied West Bank were also marked.
“Despite our confidence in the deterrence situation of the country, our forces have never underestimated the threat of the enemy and are prepared for the smallest of threats in the strategic field,” the newspaper cited Major General Mohammad Bagheri, the Chief of General Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces.
“At the strategic level, we do not intend to strike anyone, but at the operational and tactical level we are ready for a decisive response and a quick and tough offensive against the enemy,” the military chief asserted.
The story comes following a meeting between the US and Israeli war chiefs on Thursday.
