In Video| Israeli bulldozers demolish two Palestinian houses in Lod
Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Israeli bulldozers on Sunday demolished two residential houses owned by the family of Abu Zayed in occupied Lod inside the Green Line.
Arab 48 website reported that Israeli bulldozers accompanied by the Israeli police broke into the houses this morning and started demolishing them under the pretext of being built without permits.
It added that the Israeli police prevented Palestinians from approaching the area and sealed off the area until it completed the demolition.
Muhammad Abu Shreiqi, member of the municipality of Lod, said that the demolitions policy in Lod has never stopped as the Israeli authorities deny Palestinians their right to naturally grow and get construction permits while demolishes their houses without providing any other alternative, attempting to force them to leave.
The houses are owned by Abu Zayed family. They were both under construction.
Several Palestinian cities inside the Green Line have been seeing a dramatic increase in demolitions and demolition orders under the pretext of having no permits.
