Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Israeli occupation forces on Sunday repressed a vigil in front of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which protested against the Israeli aggression on Gaza. Several arrests were carried out and confrontations erupted following the repression.
Eyewitnesses stated that the Israeli soldiers arrested two young men and one lady following the protest, which was held in solidarity with Gaza, which lost 34 citizens during the recent Israeli strikes.
In the same vein, confrontations have erupted on Sunday between native Palestinians and Israeli occupation soldiers in the neighborhood of Silwan in occupied Jerusalem.
Local sources stated that the Israelis used rubber-coated metal bullets and stun grenades against the unarmed Palestinian locals.
