In pictures| Israeli settlers burn mosque in Jerusalem

Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Groups of Israeli illegal settlers burnt a mosque in the village of Shourfat in southern Jerusalem on Friday.

Informed sourced told QNN that the settlers sprayed racist slogans on the walls of the mosque before torching it shortly before dawn.

The settlers torched Al Badruyyah mosque and escaped before the locals found out that parts of the mosque were burning. Dozens of villagers rushed to put out the fire even before firemen reached the place and they succeeded to deal with the fire before it burns the whole mosque.

The criminal settlers sprayed slogans that read: “They demolish for the Jews?” and “Kori Or”, referring to a settlement outpost in Jerusalem, which has been recently evacuated.

A terrorist right-wing group that calls itself “price tag” claimed responsibility for settlers’ attacks throughout the West Bank and Jerusalem. The group attacks Muslim and Christian holy places, including mosques and churches in addition to private properties.
