In Pictures| ‘Israel’ wounds 56 protesters in Gaza
Gaza (QNN)- The Palestinian ministry of Health in Gaza announced that medical teams dealt with 56 wounded protesters during Israeli repression of weekly protests on the separation barrier.
Spokesperson of the Palestinian ministry of health, Dr. Ashraf Qudra, said that Israeli soldiers have wounded 56 protesters; 38 by live bullets, in mass shooting at protesters.
Qudra said that 22 of those who are injured are children and 3 are ladies. Meanwhile, Israeli snipers targeted an ambulance on the 68th week of the Great Return March protests.
The Great Return March protests started on March 30, 2018 demanding the end of the Israeli siege on Gaza and the right of return.
Israel has killed hundreds of protesters and wounded thousands despite of the UN confirmation that the protests are peaceful and that protesters pose no threat to the occupation state of Israel . Among those who have been routinely targeted by Israeli snipers, journalists and medical workers.
