“I'm Scared for My Dad": Anas Al-Sharif’s Daughter Pleaded for Help Before Israeli Forces Killed Her Journalist Father
Gaza (Quds News Network)- Sham, the daughter of Al Jazeera journalist Anas Al-Sharif, made a heartbreaking plea to stop the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza in a video recently shared by her father. However, he was deliberately assassinated by Israeli forces on Sunday, along with five of his colleagues.
In the clip, four-year-old Sham speaks from a destroyed building in the Gaza Strip, describing the horrors she has lived through during the ongoing Israeli genocide and expressing concern for her father amid the attacks.
“I want to live like the children of the world. The occupation keeps bombing us. We want the war to end because we are tired. We want food. We want chicken. We want meat. We want water. We want everything,” she said.
“I have lived through the entire war. The occupation bombed us and bombed the houses. Netanyahu doesn’t want to stop the war,” she added.
Sham said, “I am scared for my dad beacuse of the bombing.”

Three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli strike targeting a vehicle in central Gaza on Thursday, including two civil defense workers, in another breach of the so-called ceasefire agreement amid continued daily attacks.
Israeli soldiers have been looting large amounts of civilian property from homes and businesses in southern Lebanon during the recent assault, according to a Haaretz report. The looting is widespread among Israeli forces, with similar incidents previously reported in Syria, Gaza, and during the previous assault in Lebanon.
An Israeli airstrike near a mosque in the northern Gaza Strip killed five Palestinians, including three children, on Wednesday, amid ongoing daily Israeli attacks and reported violations of the so-called ceasefire.
