Human Rights Organization: ‘Israel’ deliberately shoots at lethal places of the body in Gaza
Occupied Palestine (QNN)- ‘Israel’ deliberately targeted Palestinians in deadly spots of their bodies on the 66th week of Gaza’s weekly Great Return March protests, a human rights centre revealed.
The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights said in a statement, which QNN received, that the Israeli occupation forces continued to commit crimes against the peaceful protest on the 66th week of the protests.
74 Palestinians, including 23 children, 2 women, 2 journalists, and 2 paramedics, have been injured on July 12 due to the Israeli excessive force against the protesters.
Although the number of injuries has decreased in comparison with previous weeks, four of those who were injured, including 2 children, are seriously injured. The injuries reveal that the Israeli soldiers deliberately targeted protesters in lethal places aiming at killing them.
The Great Return March protests have started in March 30, 2018. 207 protesters have been killed so far, including 44 children, 2 women, 9 with special needs, 4 paramedics, and 2 journalists. Meanwhile, 13127 peaceful protesters have been injured, including 2658 children, 401 women, 216 paramedics, and 204 journalists.
An investigative report previously issued by the United Nations had revealed that ‘Israel’ targets protesters despite of being proven to be peaceful.
