Horrific Massacre: 93 people killed in Israeli assault in Beit Lahiya

Gaza (Quds News Network)- At least 93 Palestinians were killed and 40 others are missing following an Israeli airstrike targeting a 5-storey residential building in Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza which has been under Israeli siege and assault for more than three weeks.

Gaza’s Government Media Office announced that 93 people were killed, including children and women, and dozens injured in the Israeli attack on the Nasr family in Beit Lahiya Project.

Over 40 others are still missing, it added.

More bodies are being pulled from under the rubble, including women and children.

The Office said about 200 people were in the building. These are local residents of the area – the owner of this residential building, relatives and in-laws who were forced into internal displacement.

Emergency crews and hospitals in northern Gaza are almost entirely non-functional, leaving people to search through the rubble for their loved ones.

They are working with limited tools and their hands to rescue survivors of the Israeli attack.

Update

The death toll of the Israeli attack rose to 93, most of whom are women and children, with more than 40 individuals still missing and dozens injured. The five-story building, home to the Abu Nasr family, housed over 200 residents, many of whom were women and children displaced from their neighborhoods.

This attack occurs alongside Israel’s ongoing strategy to dismantle the healthcare system in northern Gaza, which includes the destruction of four hospitals and the blockade of medical supplies.
