Hamas says ‘Israel’ lies to justify crimes against journalism
Gaza (QNN)- The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) on Wednesday said that the Israeli occupation army is lying to justify targeting civilian structures during its latest aggression on the Gaza strip.
In a press release, Hamas said that the Israeli repeated lies about Hamas having offices in the Jalaa tower are a failed attempt to justify the Israeli crime, targeting a civilian tower, which houses press offices.
The spokesperson for Hamas, Hazem Qasem, said the targeting of the tower is “a full-fledged war crime” added to a long series of crimes committed by the Israeli army during its latest aggression on Gaza.
The occupation state has claimed that the Palestinian resistance used the tower to jam the Israeli Iron Dome. International press institutions, which had offices in the tower like AP and Al Jazeera, denied the Israeli claim.
