Hamas Releases New Video of Israeli Prisoner

Gaza (Quds News Network)- Hamas’ military wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, has released a new video featuring an Israeli prisoner pleading for his release. The prisoner appeared distressed as he urged the Israeli government to take action.
In the footage, the prisoner addressed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu directly, stating, “Hamas did not force me to record this. This is not psychological warfare. The real torture is waking up without my wife and child.”
He went on to say, “I have no food. I am suffocating. Please help me. I miss my family and everyone I love.”
The prisoner also criticized the Israeli government, questioning why certain prisoners had been freed while others remained in Gaza. “You signed a deal and released female soldiers and elderly prisoners. What about us? Why is my wife free, but I am still here? Why can’t my son say ‘Dad’?” he asked tearfully.
The video ended with a message in Arabic, Hebrew, and English: “Only a ceasefire agreement brings them back alive. Time is running out.”
This release follows other prisoner videos published by Hamas in recent weeks, in which Israeli prisoners criticized their government for resuming the genocide and warned that military operations could lead to their deaths.
In Tel Aviv, protests demanding an end to the genocide and the return of prisoners have intensified.
Meanwhile, Israel’s security cabinet is set to discuss expanding attacks on Gaza. Defense Minister Israel Katz has suggested further military advances may be necessary.
Israel has violated a U.S.-brokered ceasefire agreement by resuming attacks on Gaza. The agreement had required Israel to halt military operations and allow humanitarian aid into Gaza—terms Israel has ignored.
A spokesperson for Hamas’ military wing, Abu Ubaida, warned, “We are prepared for all scenarios. The enemy will suffer in any future confrontation.”
