Hamas: Abbas’s speech has nothing new, does not meet our people’s aspirations

Gaza (QNN)- The spokesperson for the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, Abdellatif Qannoua’, said that the speech of the president Mahmoud Abbas did not have anything new regarding the rejection of Trump’s plan nor it meets the aspirations of our people.

“The Palestinian position, rejecting Trump’s plan, as well as the ongoing popular outrage, had to be translated into practical stances that reflect the anger of our people and the extent of the conspiracy and challenges, which confront the Palestinian cause and practically resemble our people’s rejection to the plan”, Qannoua’ added in a press statement that QNN has got a copy of it.

“We renew our call to the president of the PA to leave the theoretical rejection zone and apply procedural steps related to withdrawing the recognition of the occupation [state] and the denunciation of all agreements”, he added.

Qannoa’ also called the PA to give a free hand to the resistance in the West Bank and end all forms of security coordination with the occupation. Only this can harm the occupation state, stop its plans, and foiling its targets that are summarized in Trump’s plan, according to Qannoua’.
