Gilboa former Director: Palestinian detainees are more creative than us
Occupied Palestine (QNN)- A former warden of the Israeli Gilboa prison sad that Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails have won and that they are more creative than their jailers.
Eli Gabai, a warden of the Israeli’s most secured Gilboa prison, told Israeli Ynet that the Palestinian mind has proved this time that it is more creative than Israeli jailers’.
“Escaping is a success for Palestinian detainees at both the moral and operational levels”, he added.
“When I was a warden of the prison back in 2014, an escape attempt through a tunnel that used the same toilet from which the new tunnel was started, was foiled.”
Gabai noted that Palestinian prisoners, who are serving several life sentences, always plan for escaping jail.
