Gazan Doctor Among 12 Killed in Israeli Strike on Public Market
Gaza (Quds News Network)- Dr. Ahmad Qandeel, a general surgery consultant at Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City, was killed along with at least 11 others in an Israeli attack on a public market on Sunday.
Medical sources confirmed the killing of Dr. Ahmed Qandeel in a deadly Israeli attack targeting a busy market in Gaza City.
Dr. Munir al-Bursh, Director General of the Ministry of Health in Gaza, said Qandeel was one of “Gaza’s most respected medical professionals” who “chose to stay in his homeland, to heal wounds.. He never left, never abandoned his duty.
Accoridng to the Palestinian Ministry if Health, 1,588 health workers have been killed in Israeli attacks since the start of the ongoing genocide.
