Four Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prison infected by coronavirus
Occupied Palestine (QNN) - Four Palestinian prisoners have been diagnosed with coronavirus today, according to the Palestinian Prisoners' Information Office.
The office confirmed that the Israeli Prison Service informed that four Palestinian prisoners at the Israeli prison of Magiddo, three of whom are imprisoned in the same section, are infected by coronavirus.

In the light of the shocking news, the Palestinian prisoners appeal all related human rights organizations to intervene to prevent the outbreak of this epidemic among the prisoners who already suffer from bad health conditions and Israeli medical negligence.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Prison Service have been banning disinfectants used for sterilization and general hygiene sold at the cantines of the prisons, according to the Palestinian Detainees Affairs Commission.
In the same context, al-Qassam Brigades' spokesperson Abo Obaida said in a statement that the Israeli occupation authorities are responsible for the lives and health of the Palestinian prisoners.
"The Israeli occupation must release our people's prisoners as it is unable to protect them and provide them with a decent life that protects them from epidemics and diseases," he added.
According to Israeli newspaper Haaretz on Thursday, the army said the death toll of around 71,000 killed in Gaza is largely correct, adding that it did not include those missing and buried under the rubble.
