Explosive Epstein files: Israeli ex-PM Barak linked amidst Mossad suspicions

Washington D.C. (Quds News Network) – The recently unsealed list of associates connected to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein has brought forth new suspicions regarding his alleged ties to Mossad, Israel’s intelligence agency. Among the prominent figures identified in the released documents is Israel’s former Prime Minister, Ehud Barak.

Although Barak is briefly mentioned in the documents, questions surrounding his relationship with Epstein have long been a subject of speculation. Barak, who served as Prime Minister from 1991 to 2001 after a 35-year tenure in the Israeli military, is noted for meeting Epstein approximately 36 times. He was also photographed entering Epstein’s Manhattan residence in 2016, a day that saw young women going in and out.

Former Israeli intelligence operatives have claimed that Epstein’s international sex trafficking operation was a honeypot entrapment scheme aimed at acquiring ‘kompromat’ to potentially blackmail political and business elites. Prince Andrew, another name on the list, has been referred to as Epstein’s ‘useful idiot’ by an ex-intelligence agent, acting as a prized trophy due to his influential connections.

Andrew’s friendship with Epstein allowed the financier and Ghislaine Maxwell to attend high-society events in London, even staying at the Queen’s Balmoral estate. The allegations extend further, suggesting that Maxwell, Epstein’s alleged madam, may have familial connections to Mossad through her father, Robert Maxwell, a former British newspaper magnate.

Both Epstein’s death in 2019 and Maxwell’s demise in 1991 have sparked suspicions. While Epstein’s alleged suicide has been surrounded by rumors of foul play, Maxwell’s drowning off the coast of Spain raised questions of assassination. Former Mossad operative Ari Ben-Menashe claims that Prince Andrew was being utilized as a ‘useful idiot’ rather than being blackmailed.

These revelations add a layer of complexity to the already intricate web of connections surrounding Epstein, implicating influential figures and raising concerns about the extent of Mossad’s involvement. The unsealing of the associate list has reignited speculation and demands for a thorough investigation into the intricate web of relationships that Epstein maintained until his death.

In the book titled “Robert Maxwell, Israel’s Master Spy: The Life and Killing of a Media Tycoon,” authors Gordon Thomas and Martin Dillon propose a conflict between Maxwell’s public endeavors and his role as a ‘spy’ as a contributing factor to his enigmatic demise.

They contend that Maxwell was appropriating funds from Mossad in an attempt to recover his financial losses, a move that proved to be fatal.

Julie K. Brown, discussing her book “Perversion of Justice: The Jeffrey Epstein Story” with The Times of Israel, speculates on Epstein’s possible ties to the Israeli intelligence community, stating, ‘It’s conceivable that Epstein had associations with the [Israeli intelligence community]. Robert Maxwell unquestionably had such connections, and Epstein shared a close relationship with him.’

At the time of Epstein’s suicide, his fortune amounted to approximately $636 million, yet the exact origins of his substantial wealth remain elusive, fueling speculation about potential shadowy sources.

After Epstein’s death, the FBI conducted a raid on his $51 million Manhattan residence, discovering a trove of evidence, including loose diamonds and substantial amounts of US currency, in a safe. The Telegraph reports that, at the time, they lacked a warrant to seize these items, and when they returned later, the items had mysteriously vanished.

Beyond Mossad, questions have also been raised about Epstein’s connections to intelligence agencies within the United States. A Wall Street Journal report unveiled meetings between the sex trafficker and the current head of the CIA, William J Burns, even after Epstein’s initial conviction for felony prostitution charges in 2008.

The same report identified encounters with a former White House lawyer, a college president, and a member of a global banking dynasty. Despite serving jail time and being registered as a sex offender, Epstein continued to have multiple meetings with each individual.

Ehud’s name surfaced only once in the latest batch of documents, mentioned in a deposition by Epstein accuser Johanna Sjoberg, who confirmed she had never met the former Israeli leader.

DailyMail.com previously raised doubts about Ehud’s claim of never meeting Epstein around women, obtaining photos of him entering the financier’s New York townhouse on the same day as a group of glamorous women. The married politician concealed his face with a camouflage neck gaiter, later attributing his peculiar attire to the cold.

The townhouse in question was reportedly gifted to Epstein by Victoria’s Secret tycoon Leslie Wexner for just $1, adding further skepticism about Epstein’s wealth. Wexner is among several high-profile names featured on the new associate list, which also includes Bill Clinton and Donald Trump.
